 1、No prolonged dry heating for the empty cookware to avoid being deformed for the vessel and the damage for the parts.
 
 2、 For non-stick cookware, no frequent impact and scratching by sharp and hard utensil or no dry baking on the vigorous fire; following the instruction strictly; using wooden or nylon spatula.
 
 3、 Trying not to use cold water to wash the hot cookware immediately; for easier washing, better to clean it when it becomes warm.
 
 4、 Regularly wash the parts that don’t meet the food, like the handle base, the exterior, etc, to avoid filth accumulation.
 
 5、 As for the cooking by using fuel gas, please keep the flame at the bottom of the cookware to save the energy because the bottom is specially designed without need for the big fire.
 

The Answers to Frequently Asked Questions for Aluminum Cookware

1、 Why does the oil run around when it’s poured onto the cookware?
 It’s not a problem in fact but a solution. The working principle for the induction cooker is that there is a coil panel that can radiate electromagnetic wave. When it works, the heat power is weaker in the middle hollow part, so the temperature is relatively lower there. To avoid the scorching, making oil covered on the surrounding is necessary, so the cookware is specially designed convex for the middle and concave for the surrounding which can hardly be noticed by naked eyes. Anyway, this is a non-stick cookware, oil is not necessary during the baking.
 
 2、Is it incompatible with the induction cooker?
 It happened maybe because the induction cooker’s power is too low or the power cannot meet the standard. Please try another induction cooker.  If the problem still cannot be solved by changing induction cooker, please contact our service on line and we will accept the return of goods for you. 
 
 3、 Can the normal spatula be used?
 Avoid using iron spatula, steelwire ball, or else the coating will be damaged and the releasing will be affected even though the cookware can still be used.
 
 4、 Will the color on the exteror fade?
 The exterior is coated with heat-resisting painting. The prolonged using on the open flame will make the color fade. Washing it in time will make it keep better.
 
 5、 Can the coating come off?
 The coating is not permanent. Normally, the service lifetime for the “non-stick” performance ranks from several years to several decades. The lifetime can be lengthened by maintenance, like avoiding being impacted, scratched, and heated without liquid on the vigorous fire, tring not to wash it immediately when it’s hot by using cold water, using it at the tempreture not exceeding 260℃. That some small dots coming off for abrasion is normal, which wont affect the regular using and is not harmful to the health. Please use it without worries.
 
 6、 Is the glass on the cover fragile?
 The cover uses toughened glass. Please avoid dropping onto the floor.
 
 7、 Is  it really that there is no oil smoke for the non-stick cookware?
 It does not mean that there is completely no smoke. It means there is much less smoke compared to the traditional iron cookware. Well, there can also be some water vapor during the cooking.
 
 8、Can the big fire be used?
 The nutritionists declare that the middle and small fire can meet the cooking requirement. Using big fire is a waste.  Dry heating the cookware is forbidden. Please put oil first.
